James Dean

With over 30 years of sales leadership and client advisory experience, I specialize in delivering exceptional, concierge-level service to discerning clients. After earning my Bachelor of Science from Centenary University, I built a successful corporate sales career with premier organizations including Bell Atlantic Mobile, MCI, Qwest, Microsoft, and NetApp. A transfer to Annapolis in 1993 began my lifelong connection to the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle.

In 2006, I founded Dean Yacht Company, now in its 19th year, providing luxury yacht brokerage and management services throughout the Annapolis region. Our reputation is built on discretion, market expertise, and a steadfast belief in service first, sales second.

In 2025, I joined Long & Foster Real Estate, applying the same high-touch approach to luxury real estate on Kent Island and across Maryland's Eastern and Western Shores. I live on Kent Island with my family and proudly serve the waterfront community I call home.
