Jim has been such a great agent to work with. He has helped me sell my townhouse and helped my boyfriend and I purchase a new single family home together. He has been so fantastic every step of the way. My boyfriend unexpectedly lost his job when our house was first listed and Jim helped advise us how to proceed based on what was best for us and not him. When we re-listed our house almost a month later, Jim was still just as passionate about us getting what he thought we deserved for our townhouse. With the purchase of our new house, we went in with a low offer, against Jim?s advise, and he still fought tooth and nail for us to get the new house for a good, fair price. When a hiccup appeared two business days before closing and we were out of state, Jim handled the issue and had everything resolved by the end of the day. I would hire Jim again in a heartbeat and recommend him to everyone I know!

Jim listed our home, got the word out over several websites, social media, etc. and we had an accepted offer in just 4 days. When we need to have some work done to satisfy our buyers inspection, Jim knew great people to work with who got the job done quickly and professionally. If you are a veteran you need to use Jim to sell your house. His veteran rebate program is outstanding. He was great! Highly recommended.
