James and Christine Clark were excited to be the selling agents for my house and to find a new home for me. Christine and her staff were the go-to for buying, selling, organization, administration, hand-holding, trying to meet all needs everywhere. Christine was never quite there on time and I was often left with no answers because my phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. My house sold within 7 days of listing it, but that side of it was never my concern and while it would have been fun to see a pending or sold sign, she said they were on order. Christine assured me that aEURoeweaEUR? would find a place for me; it would not take that long and I could stop worrying. She took me looking twice. I found my current home and insisted on seeing it, day after day, until another agent showed it to me. There were not that many homes that met my criteria in our searches. I was down to the last two weeks with no choice except the home I am in. The last weekaEUR| the week of my old house closing, my new house closing, and her sons graduation, I had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights partially because Christine did not coordinate the final documents, one of which took so long to get to the broker that I couldnt use the moving men that day. My ID was in a moving box and I could not get a hotel room without it. I took it upon myself to ask people who had worked in other areas for help in closing my property including a realtor who was available to bring so many gaps to a positive conclusion including rearranging my moving companys schedule to get me out of the hotel and into my new home. I did ask Christine to get me a room and faced the question from her as to why would she do that. I explained my situation, knew her personal date need and the date of my closing were the same, and easily could have adjusted my closing. My buying closing had hitches and delays and situations which I felt could have been aided to completion by Christine, who was not available to me and definitely not putting me, her client, first. I have not heard from my agents, Christine and James Clark, since that difficult day. I have not received any method of apology nor have I received any notice of congratulations or excitement or thank you or appreciation. I did send thank yous to the wonderful personnel and businesses who helped me to close on my new home and finally move in to it.
