Do yourself a favor and hire James. I'm an attorney and perfectly capable of handling the transactional aspect of selling a home. I had a buyer come to me before I put my house on the market and verbally agreed to pay my asking price. I figured I would handle that myself. That deal ultimately fell through and I called James. He took pictures of my house two days later. Put the house on the market the following day and it was sold 3 days later. Over the course of those 3 days, there were tons of showings that ultimately led to an offer to showing rate of 77%. Thats a lot to handle, and James handled it all while making it super simple for me. In the end my house sold for more than my asking price and James more than paid for himself. You will not regret hiring James whether you are selling or buying. His knowledge and responsiveness will impress you.

James helped us sell our home in no time flat! We were building and in a crunch to get things moved to our temporary housing so we werent paying two mortgages! He sold it at the exact price we wanted and in under a week! He also helped us learn about building by comparing current homes for sale versus what we could build, before we decided to build!
