He helped us get an offer on a home we truly love, and he did so after really extraordinary negotiating in this competitive market. He knows my area (northern New Jersey) very well, and his experience in the field truly shows. He is prompt to reply to our messages, communicates regularly, and is always professional. He was truly on our side at every step and fought hard to make sure we got the best home at the best price, and we did so much more quickly than we expected. We are looking to build many memories in our new place, and we have James to thank for it!

My first realtor from NY, who I consider to be one of the best agent in NYC, recommended James to me when I told her I was interested in getting a house in Fort Lee, NJ. James was on top of his game throughout my purchasing process. He is super considerate and assertively stood-up for my best interest from the beginning to the end. He is not only knowledgeable in the field of real estate, but also has ample connections in the related field such as real estate lawyer, home inspector, contractor, a/c repair technicians, etc. all of whom I ended up hiring with great satisfaction. Also, did I tell you that James is a wonderful negotiator where he saved me some pretty chi-ching and took out a "very difficult" (labeled by seller's agent and attorney) seller's "as-is" condition out from the contract. ;) I could tell that James is a genuinely caring person when I reached out to him a few days after the closing when the a/c in the house suddenly stopped working. He contacted a couple a/c repair technicians whom he knew well, because they came to the house to fix the a/c during their off hours on the day-of (during this peak season). James also stopped by the house a number of times, despite his busy schedule, to check on us and the technicians to make sure that we all understand what the problem is and how to go about it. I, as a young homeowner, without much support from family since they all live so faraway, James has been God sent! I love him to pieces, and I am SO grateful to have worked with him and have him in my life!

He guided me through the process which had its fair share of bumps along the way. I think without his help it would have taken far longer to sell the property, so for that I am very grateful I found him. He is highly recommended!
