Hello, my name is James Burton, I am a REALTOR, owner, broker, REALTOR and vintner of CENTURY 21 Marathon. I have been in the real estate business since 2007. In July 2015 I opened Marathon Real Estate LLC. I have been in the real estate business for over fifteen years. In that time, I have seen it all. CENTURY 21 Marathon specializes in VA Loans, and first-time buyers. I enjoy helping first time home buyers, and find it rewarding, helping them find their first home. Real Estate is an ever-evolving field. To stay atop market and industry changes, we take Real Estate Education and Continuing education very seriously. We go beyond maintaining licensure requirements, to increase my scope of real estate knowledge including aspects such as residential real estate, real estate team management, and broker management. These classes and seminars help teach me cutting edge technological aspects such as modern media, social media, video production, and drone real estate photography. The result of such education is the accumulation of officially recognized National Association of REALTORS, designations and certifications. Currently I have 24 Designations and Certifications. I can offer a source of preapproved buyer leads all over Eastern MA, RI, and southern NH. We have a presence, and I have a broker and licensed in MA, RI, and NH!
