I have known Jim Briggs for more than 10 years and consider him a dear friend. I met Jim Briggs through my Mother, Kennie Munch. They had been good friends for many years. I have never sold a house before, so the idea was daunting. On top of that, I was selling the house I grew up in after the passing of my brother, so it was also a sad time.
