It was a total pleasure working with James to purchase an absolute gem of a home! In our search he was able to find houses that matched what we were looking for, then work with us to create a buying strategy tailored to our financial situation. He provided a very honest description of the current market for buyers and navigated the buying process with ease. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial, and very flexible to arrange showings that worked for us. We plan to be in our current home for some time, but when/if we decide to move again, we would surely look to work with James again. Once we were ready to sell our old house, James handled nearly everything. From the initial listing, to showings, to sorting bids, James took practically all of the stress out of selling a home. His referrals for house-staging and junk removal were spot on, and he just really knew what it took to get the most for the house with the least amount of investment. Once a bid was accepted, all we had to do was let the lawyers and underwriters to do their work and wait for the check. We would absolutely recommend James to any other potential buyers or sellers!

Back in 2001 I purchased my first home?I was just weeks away from celebrating my 24th birthday! I raised my son and God daughter in this house that quickly became our HOME once we moved in! We made so many memories in this home with so many amazing friends. Life threw us some unexpected bumps in our road many years later resulting in me selling our home. We moved on and closed that chapter of our life?or so we thought! Several years later, I found out that our HOME was up for sale. I couldnt believe it?do i buy it back???? Well I did just that and I couldn?t have done it without James! James went above and beyond by working so hard to make this deal go through! James was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful during the process of buying my first plot of land.
