Ashley Thompson is by far the best realtor there is. She goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect home for you that fits all of your requirements. This was my first time enquiring about buying a home and I found Ashley to be knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping me find the perfect home. She would go out of her way to meet with me to discuss exactly what I was looking for in a house. She connected me with a financial advisor to get me pre-approved to know what price range to look in. She set me up with daily emails, which was my choice, to see what new houses were available on the market and introduced me to the Brivity Home app which allowed me to customized my search even further. Ashley also responded to my texts and phone calls, if not immediately then within a timely manner, and answered any and all questions I had. If I ever found a house I was interested in, she would research the property and inform me about its pros and cons, such as the age of the roof, AC, HOA fees, and more, and set up a time to tour the property. Ashley took the time to thoroughly explain a homes details to me and she ensured that I knew any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. Due to personal circumstances, I had to put a pause on my home buying process but I am extremely grateful towards Ashley for all the hard work she put in for me and making me feel comfortable with this journey. I will 100% be coming back to her when I am able to resume my journey to buy a house.
