The advice I will give a seller is that when listing a property a open house will attract more buyers and may also get your house under contract faster. I also tell them to trust me through this whole process and getting them the best price for their home

One of my most recent transactions was one of my clients who I helped and walked through the steps for the first time homebuyers counseling. She got approved for 2 first time homebuyers grants and came to settlement with 0 dollars and received money back. I was so happy for her.
I got started in real estate almost 3 years ago. It was something I always wanted to do but didn’t know how to go about doing it. One day I saw someone post something about a real estate school and I signed up. From that point on my career changed and I love love love what I do. I love helping people.
I am partnered with Home Partners of America which is a rent to own program. I am currently in the process of partnering with another rent to own program. I help clients with getting information and starting with the first time home buyers program to get grant money for closing cost and assistance with down payment.
