In my search to find an "experienced" realtor, I requested comps from 4 different realtors. Jake stood out in many ways but most importantly, I never felt like I was talking to a salesman. We moved up to Prescott Valley from Phoenix. Jake showed us many homes. He is not high pressure and is very easy going with great negotiation skills.
