Jake did a great job! He took the time to learn what I wanted in a house and found a good amount that fit what I wanted. He also has good connections in the business, and he is great with sending reminders and making sure every thing goes smoothly and on time. He is also good at negotiating to get you the best offer you can get. He is also great working with people and is a good person to show you around different homes. Jake is a true local realtor to the Monument Colorado area with expert knowledge. We tried to sell our house last year with no luck using a realtor not familiar with the area. Our kids grew-up together with Jake in Monument. We noticed this year Jake sold a higher end house off of Plowman which got our attention. This was against the headwinds of the Buckees disaster happening across I25 from that street. Our house is a higher-end home and challenging to sell including a common glut with the Monument market and varying homes and prices. In summary, previous attempts to sell our house failed miserably but Jake got it done in three weeks. This is a testament to Jake and Remax. I would definitely recommend his process. Jake sold my house that was a bit challenging to sell and for the full asking price. He remained focused through a somewhat arduous process, attended the showings and targeted the buyers with the right profile.
