Jake Silverstein

Full time real estate professional with experience in all elements of residential sales. A proud Temple alum, Jake has called the Philadelphia area home for over a decade. With a background as both a soccer agent and in sales, Jake leverages his negotiation skill and market knowledge to ensure the best deals for all of his clients. Jake was initially piqued into Real Estate to get on the investment side but quickly fell in love with providing value and guiding others through the purchase or sale of their home and takes a lot of pride in being a part of such a large and important moment. Jake has a background in sports, having played soccer for the Philadelphia Union Academy, in both Italy and Germany, as well as at Temple, he understands the importance of working hard, being available and doing everything with an attention to detail, which he prides himself on bringing to every client, deal, or investment. Outside of business, Jake is a proud girl dad to two beautiful dogs who he loves to show off. He is a big fan of traveling, learning new languages and instruments. He is also a big foodie and loves to try new restaurants around the area, holding a handful of unofficial eating records.
