HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about family, fitness, and the outdoors. I enjoy golfing--both recreationally and while supporting my son Ethan's competitive junior golf journey--as well as traveling and exploring new places with my wife, Sherrie. I'm also an active investor in real estate, which blends my personal interests with my professional expertise. Whether on the course, in the gym, or building new ventures, I thrive on growth, challenge, and creating meaningful experiences.

FAMILY

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife, Sherrie, is my partner in both life and business as we build and grow our real estate ventures together. Our son, Ethan, is a dedicated junior golfer, and much of our family life revolves around supporting his journey on the course while enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time together. Whether in Oregon or Arizona, we value experiences that bring us closer as a family and create lasting memories.

Sterling Knight was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He spoke in a condescending way and kept questioning whether the property was aEURoecash only,aEUR? as if implying I couldnt afford it. No respect, no professionalism, and no interest in actually helping. One of the worst real estate interactions Ive ever had. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

If I had given this review a year ago, I would have given nothing but five stars for Jason because I really believed he was there for me throughout the process of buying my home and so supportive. Here almost a year after purchasing my home I am saddened and disappointed because he promised that rodent situation in my home was gonna be taken care of before I moved in and I had no knowledge about buying a home before, I think I was caught up in the excitement of being able to purchase a home because it was my dream for so long and he seems so friendly. I just trusted everything that he said. My mistake. Here a year later I was dealing with a situation with the rodents in my home found out that all the things that he told me were gonna be done never got done. I reached out to him to find out that he had moved out of the state to another location, but it was promising me that he would take care of things and never did at some point. It seems like he mustve blocked me because he just stopped answering my text messages or calls altogether. I found this so unprofessional and so horrible and then I was stuck.
