Where do I begin! We were tasked with selling my husbands mothers home in Cave Junction after she was diagnosed with dementia. It was a long process to get her home ready to sell as it was a real project! And, it was an exhausting and extremely emotional process. I am so glad we choose Jordan to work with. He was extremely responsive and always professional. He always knew what to say regarding my emotional emails! First of all, right from the beginning he was correct about listing price and procedure. We were so worried about how long it would take to sell the place and we needed to sell asap! We also had a probate situation and making it even more difficult we are in California.
