My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake Paez to sell my fathers out of state residential home after his passing. We found Jake by chance when we found his business card in my dads wallet and once, we spoke with him, we knew it was a good fit. (Dad scrutinized everything when it came to business so finding the card meant that he trusted Jake) From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations, his advice on going from a fully furnished home to an empty palate for a potential buyer to recommendations in his experience and throughout the whole process, Jake was professional, empathetic, and personable. He is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Jake came through with his commitment to caring and excellence. Jake also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of aEUR" from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property, all while we were able to remain out of state. Two such incidents came up during the property inspection which was an electrical issue and a roof issue. Jake found a roofing specialist and electrician for us and had the repairs scheduled and completed; all we had to do was cut a check! Additionally, Jake took it upon himself to mow the grass after the landscaper was no longer returning phone calls. We couldnt feel more taken care of! Throughout our journey, Jake demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. He even made it possible to ensure we did this from the comfort of home, saving us thousands of dollars in travel expenses. Whether additional time was needed due to unforeseen legalities in that state, slow turn around time on court records, delays in the buyers purchase, Jake took it all in stride and assured us every step of the way he was in our corner. He went out of his way to provide us with extra resources and various options we could consider when complexities clouded the sale. But alas, the closing finally came through and we are ecstatic! We are so glad we chose Jake Paez for handling the sale of my fathers home. His knowledge and experience, combined with his generously kind and patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. Jake did a spectacular job in helping me find a home. As a first time home buyer, the whole process was really nerve wracking for me. However, Jake made everything as smooth and easy as can be. He was professional and personal, and he had great knowledge about the area. He worked tirelessly with me for weeks in viewing properties to find that one home that was everything that I needed. I even brought my parents along to view properties and Jake graciously answered every query and researched every bizarre request posed to him. I am beyond grateful that he took extra time to ease my parents concerns, as well as my own.
