Jake Kennedy

Following an 18 year career in the music industry, Jake Kennedy has directed his focus on real estate and helping people navigate the seemingly overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. Having mastered the art of negotiation from his time as a booking agent, Jake works hard to ensure his clients are satisfied with their real estate journey. "I spent nearly two decades working to bring two parties together in order to make a deal that worked for everyone involved. It was a fantastic training ground for being a real estate agent." Choosing to buy or sell a home is a major life decision, and he strives to make the experience a smoothe and enjoyable one. Architecture has long been his passion and, before becoming a REALTOR®, he spent years and countless hours driving the streets of Nashville on the hunt for interesting houses. He maintains a comprehensive list of Nashville's most architecturally and historically distinct homes. "There are so many special houses in our great city and across Middle Tennessee," Jake says. "I believe every house tells a story. Playing a role in helping families end or add chapters to that story is exciting to me." He lives in East Nashville with his wife and son in a renovated 1950 ranch.
