Jake was instrumental in helping us acquire our home - without him it would not have happened, nor would it have been so easy. As you know, Bend is experiencing strong growth, and being a lifelong local, not only does Jake possess unique expert knowledge of the area, its districts as well as dynamic changes at the city level, but he also knows everyone in town. Jake equipped us with useful tools that enabled up to hunt for our future family home at a fast pace with robust insight. At one point in our journey, we identified a home that we liked but were out of town. Jake, knowing the area, homes, pricing, and other factors that only great realtors are privy to, he quickly went on site, did an initial inspection, approved the holmes integrity, and proceeded to set up a virtual appointment with us using Apples FaceTime technology to walk us through the home while a colleague accompanied him simultaneously using a GoPro camera to capture the fine detail of the walk through. Together, with both perspectives and Jakes professional narrative, we were sold - sight (physically) unseen. From there on out Jake was like a great shepherd leading us through the transaction, connected us with his lender (whom he has a close relationship with), and ensured that we felt satisfied every step of the way. We highly recommend Jake, and will ask him to help us again given the opportunity. This was our second home purchase, but first in Bend, OR.
