Jake was extremely insightful throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time homebuyer there was a lot of nerves that came with the concept of buying a house. Jake took a lot of time to make sure we saw all the Indianapolis neighborhoods and understood what the pros and cons of each individual house were. Jake was an incredible agent who worked tirelessly to make the buying process easier for us. He helped walk us through the ins and outs of the buying process as we viewed anywhere from 8-10 different houses on the northside of Indianapolis. He gave honest, candid opinions on the houses we looked at and even helped us understand what we were looking for better. Jake was extremely helpful and transparent regarding the financing and was always willing to explain aspects we were unfamiliar with.
