Jake helped us land a great deal on a condo in Miami. For a few months prior to that, he was readily available to give us insights on the real estate market and on the options we had for both renting and buying. He knew exactly where the best properties were and their true value, not being swayed by listing prices. He was fully abreast of the latest real estate trends. Confident we had the right expert helping us, we decided to buy. Jake made it easy for us by securing great options to visit and scheduling them in a way that we were able to explore them in a single day (important because we were out of town). Once we zeroed in on a property, Jake proved versatile in his negotiation skills, helping lower the price to the level we wanted. He was determined and aggressive in his deal-making, making us feel that we were a team with the common purpose of getting the best deal possible. Never did we receive any push-back or doubt from Jake: he was simply determined to get the deal done in the best terms possible for us. He was also diligent and helpful in helping us see the apartment in detail via videos and chats. He also went out of his way to get us the many answers we needed from the association.
