Because of the wealth of knowledge you and your team have in Real Estate; the market, confidence/success in the past gave me confidence, you have an entire team dedicated to your clients, and I've served with you in the Army before you retired and known from experience that you only ever wanted what was "best" for your Soldiers 2. What were you looking for in your realtor? (a)Someone who would act in my best interests (wealth management) if I was unfamiliar with the information or how to interoperate the material (b)someone who actually actively listens to you and your wants/needs..... and you did exactly that! I would say "keep it up", but I've known you since the Army and you have always been I high performer (I'm biased). 3. Why did I chose you? I can/probably always will in the past entrusted you with my life, not just my finances, but if one of my Soldiers had a "pay issue" you were on it! I'm assuming Real Estate comes naturally to natural leaders? I chose you because I could have not talked to you in months/years; I could pick up the phone from anywhere in the world; and you would probably stop everything you were doing to address it. Shoot, you did a 700 MILE 1 day roundtrip just to come meet the new wife, and a surprise visit with your ever-present due diligence to look at our favorite houses together. People this is the man you want in your corner!! Not only for you but YOUR FAMILY; "Jake" will make sure all of your concerns are addressed and make SURE it is taken care of. 4. What did you value most about my service? Direct and open communication. Jake always actively listening; meaning your "wants vs needs", cuts out wasting a lot of time when we can "dial in" or curtail your custom home searches to your specific client needs. You will literally tell me if it's a bad deal! I have never heard another agent tell their client not to buy a plot of land.... why? Because Jake has you and your family's best interests always upmost and forefront at heart. Frankly I surprised you don't have a following group like Mr Cardone. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? If you want a "straight shooter" than Jake is your man! Very direct and open and I love it. I never got to meet Jake's team, but if we use historical success as a gauge; than I have no doubt they are nothing short of exceptional SME's (only types of people he keeps around). After the dust had settled, and we closed/moved in within 50 days start to finish. Jake won't rush you, but I was in a rush with a baby on the way, and an overfilled small apartment. Jake will match/work at your rhythm/OPTEMPO, that's what I love about him. Love you Jake - Amanda and I will be forever grateful...
