My family worked with Jaime on the sale of my 86yr old fathers longtime home in Chesterfield, enabling him to move to Kansas City to be closer to family. She was recommended by a real estate agent friend. Jaime met with my father and I. He was very anxious about the sale. Jaime was so kind and really complementary of the house. She recommended we do an estate sale (gave us names), and get house professionally cleaned (gave us references). That was it. And she was right! Dads house sold very quickly. She was so knowledgeable in negotiating inspections. That went quite smoothly. Again she gave recommendations for getting work done that buyers wanted done. Being out of state that was so helpful. I was traveling, and Jaime was conscious of travel dates and arranging the closing date in reasonable time period keeping in mind how covid is affecting processing times. She was on top of the title co knowing that documents had to be overnighted for us to sign. Unfortunately, my dad was diagnosed w COVID-19 the day the documents arrived. Jaime went to work with title co- 2 days before closing. Many issues came up at last minute ( related to fact house was in trusts, notary stamp not accepted on document, all related to title co issues, which she has nothing to do with). Jaime was there the whole way offering advice, calling title co. With her intercession, we did end up closing on closing date. Outcome could not have gone better in this situation. My father and I highly recommend Jaime Gerken. Its when a transaction goes a bit awry that the expertise of your real estate agent is needed. And she is an EXPERT!!!

Jamie helped my wife and I buy our first house a couple of years ago. We knew we wanted to be in Tower Grove South, and we had something very specific in mind. Jamie was great about helping us determine what things were most important in our house, showing us options we wouldn't normally look at, and ultimately helping us to find our dream house. When we weren't having luck looking in our price range, Jamie suggested looking at houses that were higher than the top of our range and had been on the market for long enough that we could write a lower offer. It was on that trip that we found the house we live in now! Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about the beautiful old homes we love so much in Tower Grove South, and the neighborhood in general. If you're looking for a place in South City, we can't recommend her highly enough!
