There are so many! I would say my favorite transactions are selling homes that were previously For Sale By Owner for so much more money than the owners had them listed for. You just can't get the exposure as a For Sale By Owner that I can get you which almost always means more money in the seller's pocket at the end. Sit back, relax, and let me do the work!

It was with two other jobs and two young children at home that I decided to get my real estate license. I honestly planned to dabble a little in the field until my kids were older, but I fell in love and dove in head-first. It didn't take long for me to quit those other jobs and focus solely on real estate. I love what I do and couldn't see myself doing anything else!

I have a degree in business/marketing from Murray State University. Upon obtaining my real estate license in 2014, I realized how low the barrier to entry is in real estate. The classes needed to obtain your license taught very little of what is needed to do the actual work as an agent and you only know enough to be dangerous. In pursuit of providing the most value to my clients, I enrolled in as many classes as I could. I almost always have more CE than is required each year, I have obtained my GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and also went on to get my broker's license (additional training, classroom hours, and examination). But back to the marketing- if you didn't already know, when selling a home, it's all about marketing! If you want top dollar for your home, I'm the agent for you!
