This was my first time selling a property and with the help of my seller agent Jade she made it a very easy process. As soon as my property went on the market it sold within a week. She keep me updated with everything throughout the process of selling my property. I would highly recommend Jade for your Realtor agent and I will definitely use her services again in the future.

I would give her 10 stars if I could. We were negotiating it all from out of state and she handled all the little details beautifully. I highly recommend her!

Highly recommended! Jade began my home search journey almost 7 months ago. This was to be my forever home so I was very picky. She was not put off by my needs but especially patient and attentive. I lost count of the number of homes we viewed!! She never gave up or tried to pass me off to another realtor. Her attention to the details I required of my new home was fantastic. She would point out things that I liked and even the things that I didn't prefer, she remembered all the details! If I know of anyone wanting to buy or sell a home, Jade McLendon is the one to go to. Hands down. ;)

If she didn't have the answer, she found it! Jade responded quickly to every message. She coordinated necessary steps/services/appointments in a timely manner. She followed up and communicated effectively with lender, selling agents, and whomever else involved. Paperwork was done correctly, timely, and easily understood. She had a solution for nearly every problem. Her approach was always professional. Jade is such a kind and relatable person. I'd recommend Jade to ANYONE. She helped me buy a home in an area she wasn't familiar with, as if she was. A professional that also feels like a friend during a sometimes stressful process.
