ZillowVERIFIEDWhere to start? We contacted Jade after the first agent we were referred to didn't respond as quickly as needed. We were a very remote buyer couple that needed someone to SPRINT, not walk, not run, to a home sale - and within about two weeks... We also preferred someone that would work via txt message or email over multiple phone calls. Jade called us back in literally 4 minutes, and from what sounded like a restaurant during dinner hours (yes, we're dumb - we called late for her timezone). She said she'd work with us and had experience with dealing with buyers that needed more txt/email contact vs phone calls. She ultimately delivered exactly what we needed. This sounds too good to be true these days, but I can't put it any other way. We basically negotiated our offer over txt message. To begin with, we gave Jade about 10 homes that we were interested in and my husband flew/drove out to Duncan just one week after our initial contact. She had narrowed down the homes that weren't on contract and setup the route and communicated it all via email. She lead my husband to several properties and even re-adjusted schedules when he took too long at a few. She also maintained a professional attitude while offering numerous bits of advice here and there for various items and issues. During that time, we found out she was the President Elect of her Association. We felt like we hit the JACKPOT! My husband flew in on a Thursday. He looked at houses on Friday. On Saturday Jade answered several questions, let us know of a few last minute properties and let my husband in on a second viewing of a specific property. That weekend, we decided to buy that property and Jade handled everything with ease, even when my husband forgot who was doing what... We used a big-bank that no one had recently used in Duncan, at least not in recent memory. Bad idea. Jade actually warned us of multiple things going wrong after our remote and local-to-us agents "did dumb things", including lies being told. Due to her warnings, instead of cursing out a big-bank agent and walking away, we changed things to our advantage and caused THEM to freak out. "Oh hey, closing changed to today and you have two and a half hours to get your paperwork to the title company." That actually happened, and mostly because of Jade's warning to us. When we finally arrived for our early occupancy, we were surprised at her thoughtful gift - after more than 20 moves my husband felt dumb at not even thinking of what she did. She is amazing! From early occupancy, termite inspection clauses, roofing replacement(!), stupid big-bank closing drama and more, she held strong. For all I know, there may have been some aliens involved, or maybe Hogwarts magic? We won't be doing business with anyone but Jade, period.
