Working with Jacquie was undeniably the best decision I made for my first home purchase! After reading her countless positive Zillow reviews (including being in the business for over 30yrs and a solid track record of closing transactions every month), I submitted an inquiry, and she responded immediately! I knew she was the perfect agent after my first call with her. She was very confident, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained the buying process, and was ready to work with me immediately. She was the first agent I talked to, and I didn't even bother trying to talk to another. She was IT. The very next day, we were already seeing houses. When she knew I was interested in a property, she made sure to build a relationship and talk me up to the seller and their agent. If we had questions about the house and the seller/agent wasn't at the showing, she immediately called the agent and got the answers (and whatever other info she can get!). And when I wanted to put in an offer, she negotiated to help me get a better price. I was shocked to have gotten 2 offers accepted within 2-3 weeks! When the sellers backed out of the first one, Jacquie went straight into action and helped me secure the second in less than a week! She noticed during the showing that my partner and I were clicking with the sellers and helped foster that relationship. We ended up talking with the sellers on their porch for ~1.5hrs! We also found out that since Jacquie is from the Rahway area, she had lots of mutual friends with the sellers! Even though I wasn't the top offer, the sellers liked us and Jacquie so much that they wanted to pick us, so Jacquie negotiated with their agent to find a price that makes both sides happy...and they accepted! Jacquie also connected me with her lender and lawyer who were also absolutely incredible to work with. Jacquie and her team of resources made this purchase so smooth that my stress was minimal. After getting accepted, Jacquie was available any time I had a question. Also, she was so knowledgeable about the Rahway area that even the sellers agent was asking her what they should do! All parties were so happy with how things were going, and I'm so beyond happy to have worked with her. If you're thinking about working with her, DO IT. It'll be THE BEST decision you'll make. You'll be thinking why you didn't approach her sooner :)

Jacquie was an excellent partner in selling our parents house in Montclair. She did her homework day 1 to assess and truly understand the local essex county market.
