Be patient- try not to take negotiating personally (even though it is VERY personal) The person wanting to buy your home loves it as much as you! The process can be emotionally draining but once closing day has come and gone, the stress should diminish.

I have worked with first time buyers, empty nesters, investors, and everything in between.

I recently had a couple wanting a home on a particular street. They had the winning bid over 26 other offers and can now move on to their 'next phase' in homeownership with relief!

I spent the first 13 years of my real estate career in an administrative role, most recently in the marketing department for a real estate company. I learned the business from a different perspective than most agents. I think that this has given me an enormous advantage. I have learned about so many scenarios that occur during transactions, most agents can only gain such knowledge from first hand experience. I've learned many lessons of what works, and maybe more importantly, what doesn't work when trying to get a transaction to the closing table.

I have always held a customer service or sales position since I began working decades ago. I am service minded and will go above and beyond to provide my clients with the best service possible.
