Working with Jacqueline Toledo as our realtor was awesome. She is very helpful, caring, dedicated, & professional. Our situation involved coordinating the sale of our old home & the purchase of our new one. Our old house needed some work, but we didn't want to do any updating, so the original plan was for her to just sell to one of the investors in her roster. But the new house was yet to be built & it was estimated to be a 6-month time-frame. None of the investors wanted to wait. Jacqueline was sure she could sell the house for more than investors were willing to pay anyway, so she recommended we go ahead with a regular MLS listing. Wow, was she right! We sold for substantially more. There were several "hiccups" along the way, but she walked us through every step & kept it all on track. This isn't just a job for Jacqueline - she really wants her clients to be happy & satisfied. We definitely are!
