Jacob Wagoner! I mean wow this guy is the real deal, if you ever get a chance to work with him you will not regret it for one second! My name is Aaron I just closed on a house yesterday (7/19/2022) that he helped me with and got me a wonderful deal, working with him made everything alot easier I wish I would have found him earlier because the people that I was working with were nonchalant, taking there time to get back at me and as soon as I started working with him, I had no worries at all! This guy is a go getter you tell him what you like and he will find it, he's a VERY smart realtor, any question you have he will give you the full break down of it and most of all he's honest! He's not out there trying to make a quick sale, if something is wrong with the house or he doesn't see things are up to par he will let you know its not a good fit. He doesn't rush you with his time, he really cares about the buyer with making sure your happy with what you choose overall im glad I had him as my realtor and with out a doubt I promise you will to!

Let me just start off by saying, WOW!!! This young man knows his stuff. Even if he didn't know, he went out of his way and got back to me with answers right away. This speaks volumes. Didn't beat around the bush like past realtors have. Very professional, experienced, and enthusiastic, agent. His knowledge of the market is excellent. He showed us numerous properties and advised us the pros and cons for them all. Being a first time home buyer was very difficult and intimidating but he made it easy. I conversed with other professionals but nobody helped like Jacob did.
