He was very pleasant to deal with. We had a few obstacles to deal with throughout the process but he made it seem as easy as he could. We looked at around 15 houses with him, and he helped us by pointing out flaws in some of the places that we looked at to help us eliminate those places.

Jake was truly a godsend for us! We had a very long process due to unforeseen circumstances, but he was present every step of they way! Even when we were being very impatient and things were out of everyones control. He helped guide us on the portal to watch to look at what we liked and when we were able to finally look at houses we found the house for us the first one we saw! He helped keep us calm through this whole thing and kept us so informed since this was our first ever home purchase! We cannot thank Jake enough for making our experience as good as it possibly could be and help get us into our dream of being home owners in a home we absolutely love!
