We had gotten cold calls before about people wanting to buy our house at a aEURoefixer upperaEUR? price, but not from an actual realty company wanting to list it and help us sell it. We had a lot of questions and they answered all of them patiently and walked us through the entire process. We had not realized it was such a sellers market and getting ready to move overseas, we had been thinking about selling it for awhile, but the process seemed overwhelming. I'm so glad we took a chance on a cold call! We had a tenant in the home at the time and they gave us advice in regards to handling that situation as delicately as possible as well. Erin and Jacob were extremely helpful and communication was very good. They kept us informed the whole way through every step, getting us current comps, how the fees would work, an estimate of what the house would list for and what we would make after paying off our mortgage and fees. They arranged for all the inspections and communicating with our property manager. The process was extremely smooth and quick from start to finish! Going into the sale of this property, I had no idea how things would turn out, thinking my chances of making any kind of profit on the sale.
