Jackie has been incredible from start to finish. It's the first tie we've purchased a home sight unseen. Through the entire process from start to closing, she's worked with us every step of the way. We had to depend on her expertise and advice on price, location, value. She took time to walk us through the home we have purchased, which we appreciated very much. She didn't push us in one direction or the other, but once we decided on a home, guided through the entire process. She always responded to our questions in a timely way, either by texting or email. She cleared the path between lender and us and advised us how to handle things like utility transfers. She's also been extremely helpful in suggestions as to cleaning services, painters, etc. We're really excited about our move to ABQ and couldn't have done it without her. I would highly recommend Jackie Staton to anyone looking to purchase a home in ABQ. Would I call her again? In a heartbeat!

We didnt know where to start or who to go to when we decided to buy our first house. We met with Jackie and Thomas with the Staton group and they explain the home buying processes thoroughly, what to expect, addressed our expectation, and made us feel like we were no longer going through it alone! They had great communication, and were on top of everything timely and efficiently. We closed on our dream house after only a couple months of house hunting. I bought a house before and it was a walk in the park however this was my first experience buying and selling with a contingency offer on the line. While this process had several hoops to jump through Jackie and the rest of the Staton group (Tim and Thomas) were able to minimize the stress on our end. Jackies continuous efforts even allowed for us to move the process up so we could get settled into our new home and put our focus back on planning our wedding. They were thorough to a T and I was definitely able to see the difference between a realtor on top of things and one who sadly let things fall though the cracks (as seen by the realtors on the other ends of the transaction). Thankfully Jackies knowledge bridged the gap and all parties involved benefitted. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with them and would recommend them to anyone wishing to take that next step and put your trust in someone who listens to the needs of their clients and delivers beyond expectations.
