Jackson is a great agent to work with, he helped us sell our house and find a home. 100% professional as well as friendly, I'll recommend him over any one else any day. I seriously couldn't begin to describe how happy we are with the experience we had. If you are looking for an agent who will go the extra mile for you and find a home you love he is definitely your agent. The worst part of the experience for me and my wife was purchasing our home knowing we wouldn't be out looking at houses any more with a great and personable gentleman. Working with Jackson Smith of Smith Realty Group/Fathom Realty was one of the best professional experiences of my lifetime. From the first interaction, Mr. Smith was personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kind. He treated my husband and I as if our property was his only listing. The photos of our home were amazing, to start. Mr. Jackson assertively marketed the home, which with nearly 6 acres and an age of 140 years was atypical, to maximize the number of people who saw it online and through social media. We had a signed contract on our unique property within 24 hours of the home hitting the market. But, Mr. Smith's professionalism and care really started at that point, as he negotiated through challenging circumstances and many demands. His commitment to selling our home, and protecting our interests, was unwavering. There just aren't adequate words to express our respect and appreciation for Jackson Smith. We give him our highest recommendation and look forward to working with him and Fathom Realty again in the future.
