Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. Genni is absolutely amazing! She is the most professional and genuine person you absolutely want to work with! I chose to reach out after seeing she grew up around a military family and would understand that I would be buying from another state/not in person since I had not yet PCS'd. She reached out immediately after I emailed and we got right to work! She drove to every house I asked no hesitation and we used video chat so I could see them. It was seamless and helped me feel like I was there. She absolutely went to bat for me with the house I ended up closing on and it is perfect!! She had the offer, and the second counter offer, in the same day, she went ahead and scheduled a home inspection so the sellers could see we were ready and willing and because of the professional relationship she has within the community she was able to get me under contract fast and off we went! Being a first time homebuyer I had endless questions. She answered all of them with such patience, kindness and grace and made sure I understood the processes. It didn't matter the time or day, I could reach out if needed! She worked hard to save me as much money as possible, even going to the lengths of getting me closed 2 weeks early! This was the best outcome I could have wanted with purchasing my first house. I forever recommend Genni. She has such good knowledge of the area that she passed on to me from amazing food, live music and good beaches to go to. I couldn't be more thankful!!
