Jack is the best realtor in Rhode Island :) He was our buying agent and later our selling agent when we sold the property a couple years later. Jack is extremely professional and knowledgeable and made us feel confident we were getting the best value on both sides. Extremely attentive and responsive. And to top it off, he went above and beyond after we moved. I accidentally had a packaged delivered to my old address and Jack made the effort to get in touch with the buying agent and new buyers to pick it up and then shipped it to me. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Jack helped my wife, Pam, and me sell our first house while buying our dream home. And honestly, we couldn't be happier with the results of both transactions. After doing our own bit of research, Jack's suggested asking price for our first house was significantly higher than what we thought we could get for it. We're so glad we trusted his judgment because he got us a well-qualified buyer within one week just slightly below the asking price. Plus he helped us avoid what he called common pitfalls, which often lead to reductions in the final purchase price. It also impressed us that he personally showed our property to each potential buyer. As for our new home search, Jack gave us excellent advice on each property regarding the cost for repairs and upgrades. He wanted to make sure we were making an informed purchase, and not overpaying. This was the third house we had bought in our lives, and he pointed out several things that we probably otherwise would have overlooked, or at least had underestimated the repair costs. Pam and I were thoroughly impressed. Needless to say, the next time we have to buy or sell a home, it will be with Jack.
