Lily did a wonderful job assisting us with purchasing our home. We were from out of town and she really made it quite easy to do everything remotely. She was very responsive and flexible in accommodating our schedule, even last minute. Lily was quick to respond to communication and helped us with scheduling an inspection, repair estimates, etc. and even called the county assessors office for a unique situation that we had. We always felt confident in her knowledge and judgement and that she genuinely had our best interest as the priority.
