Desiree is my favorite realtor! She helped me purchase my condo back in 2022. My experience was so amazing with her that when I was ready to sell it I thought about calling her immediately! Even though we had worked together previously, she showed up for our appointment with a complete package of listing information as if it were the first time we were working together. She did not cut any corners with me and made sure I understood the process. She was prepared with figures, back up information, showed and explained her extensive information package to me. How and where she planned to list it and took the time to answer all my questions. I always have A LOT of questions because I like to comprehend how things work, what the expectations are, etc. She has always had the patience to answer each and everyone of them. When she doesn't know the answer, she goes and finds out. She's always on time, very professional, caring and kind, responds in a very timely manner. When I called her, she'd always respond very promptly either with a phone call or text to let me know that she was in the middle of something but would get back to me by a certain time. She followed through each and every time! She and her office always updated me on what was going on with my listing with regular updates all the way to Desiree personally calling me to let me know, at the close of escrow, that the property transfer had officially recorded. Desiree has been there with me and for me every single step of the way! I would do business with her again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend her to you whether you are buying or selling. He was professional, courteous, informative... Simply put, the man is on top of his game. The first day he showed up at my door, I kind of knew that I had a winner. I did however interview three other realtors who showed up with not having done halfe the due diligence as Jack. He got my house sold in 43 days and 30k over the asking price.
