He did more than just put a sign in our front yard, he walked through our home and made recommendations for improvements that would help get more money for the home. We did all the work he recommended using his contacts (it was extremely affordable!). He would even met the workers at the house so we did not ever need to take the time off of work. Once the work was done he helped us stage the home using our own furniture and we ultimately sold the home within 10 days for more than we ever thought possible.We originally thought that we would just rent, but because we did so well with the home we sold we decided to shop around for homes to buy. Jacen helped us with this process as well. He is very creative with how to construct offers and making them as desirable as possible for the seller.
