When I needed to sell my moms home, Jace did a wonderful job representing me. He was very forthcoming about the process, the market and pricing of the property. He even power washed the outside of the house to spiff it up. We got a buyer quickly and closed quickly. Very good experience!

I was a first time home buyer with no knowledge of the real estate business in search of an agent. Jace reached out to me and immediately set up homes for me to view. He was able to quickly locate a home, put in an offer and after a few counters the third offer was accepted. Once I was under contract the seller became unresponsive. However, Jace was persistent and made sure the seller completed what he agreed to do. The seller made my home buying process difficult, but my real estate agent assured me that he would do everything in his power to make this purchase run as smoothly as possible. This guy (Jace) pulled through with ease to help me get my home. Whether it's stubborn sellers or first time buyers no task is impossible for Jace Bowlin.

If Jace can handle me and my million questions daily, he can help anyone! He is amazing at answering calls or calling you back quickly. He knows his stuff and if he doesnt he finds it out for you. He sold our house quick and got us into our new house even quicker!
