ZillowVERIFIEDI was a first time home buyer with no knowledge of the real estate business in search of an agent. Jace reached out to me and immediately set up homes for me to view. He was able to quickly locate a home, put in an offer and after a few counters the third offer was accepted. Once I was under contract the seller became unresponsive. However, Jace was persistent and made sure the seller completed what he agreed to do. The seller made my home buying process difficult, but my real estate agent assured me that he would do everything in his power to make this purchase run as smoothly as possible. This guy (Jace) pulled through with ease to help me get my home. Whether it's stubborn sellers or first time buyers no task is impossible for Jace Bowlin.
