I knew after our first meeting with Jeff that we were going to choose him to assist in the sale of our condo in Celebration. His knowledge of the market, past experiences and confidence in his ability to solve any challenges was impressive. He is a rare and exceptional Realtor who exceeded all of our expectations in every aspect of the renovation and sale of our condo! Because it needed updating before being put on the market after having a long term tenant, and as we were an out of state seller, first he helped us with obtaining a local contractor. Then he suggested just the right dA(C)cor, fixtures and finishes to tie everything together, and the best places to buy them based on his past experience. Jeff basically stepped in as "project manager", and took care of all of the details and coordination of so many things that occur during a renovation. Often without needing to get us involved. He just handled it and told us later. The end result was an amazingly stunning transformation which added significant value to the condo! We were not expecting that level of above and beyond service from a Realtor! He was always in touch when needed, called when asked, and usually replied to a text immediately. Although he insulated us from many of the annoyances of selling a property, right from the beginning he kept us educated and informed about every step in the process as he guided us thru to the closing.
