I had extremely bad nerves about the process as a first time buyer. Izzak was willing to take the time to explain all the steps in the process before I started looking. He responded very promptly to every question throughout the process. Which were numerous from me!!! He was very patient and kind. His knowledge of every aspect was amazing! He was able to negotiate everything I needed with the seller with no hassle for me. He knows so much about houses and potential problems. We live in Colorado at the moment and we are moving to Ohio in the near future. While there for a visit, we found a few homes we wanted to look at and Izzak became our realtor.
