I had extremely bad nerves about the process as a first time buyer. Izzak was willing to take the time to explain all the steps in the process before I started looking. He responded very promptly to every question throughout the process. Which were numerous from me!!! He was very patient and kind. His knowledge of every aspect was amazing! He was able to negotiate everything I needed with the seller with no hassle for me. He knows so much about houses and potential problems. I always felt that he truly cared for my family and the outcome of our home purchase. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH TO SING HIS PRAISES!! HE GETS 1 MILLION STARS FROM US !!! They need every realtor to be like him !????

We live in Colorado at the moment and we are moving to Ohio in the near future. While there for a visit, we found a few homes we wanted to look at and Izzak became our realtor. Once we returned home, Izzak would forward us houses for sale and when we found one we liked, he and my family would go look at it. Izzak is very personable, responsive and accessible. izaak is very knowledgeable in his field. We never experienced any issues and he was readily available and willing to take on a challenge. Not afraid to be a hard negotiator. During the Corona period that the state was shut down he knew how to navigate the issues quickly and always thought of a resolve. We had put in an offer on our dream house and got it for a very reasonable price in a crazy competitive area. highly recommend Izzak to anyone that needs his services
