Great! She simplified things and made it easy to understand. She was always on time and one call away if I had any problems. She also had good communication skills letting you know things on time or before time. Shes great at telling you about the steps to buying a home. And reminding you what steps you will need to look over closely. Shes also big on making sure youre happy with the house youre buying. All and all good services so hire her as your realtor!

I dont even have words to express how awesome Ivy is! She is very responsive, great at negotiating, knowledgeable, and very professional while still being friendly. I would choose her for all of my home buying or selling needs. She helped us sell our home and I wish I had known her sooner for all of my previous buying and selling of homes.
