ZillowVERIFIEDIvona takes her business very seriously, diligently working to find you a home, but she's not mercenary or obtrusive. She never showed me a property I didn't want to see, never encourage me to bid on something I was unsure of or rushed me in any way. Ivona is friendly and easy to talk to, but she's not obsequious or ingratiating. She is an actual woman with an actual personality; she doesn't mold herself to please others. She's direct and funny. She is witty and sometimes biting. I like her as a person as much as a professional. More than anything she is efficient. What is the point of going to open houses you don't like? Simply to go? We quickly came to an understanding of what I was looking for. She got me in to see my current condo before it even listed and I made an offer on the spot. I believe from the first email she sent me (she was referred by my sister, more evidence in her favor: we've kept her in the family) until the day my offer was accepted was 6 weeks. It would be foolish not to hire her.
