Otis was on my side every step of the way. Every time I called, texted, or emailed, he was there. From the first time we met to closing, he was friendly, honest, and direct. If you're buying property in Lyons township, Otis is a MUST! He's a trustee of the village making him very familiar with local building codes. While viewing properties, he made me aware of costly issues and the price it would take to fix them, helping me gain a better understanding of what to look for when buying a home. Even though I didn't end up in Lyons, I had a great experience with Otis.
