About Ivana Rusznak

For over three decades, Orange County has been home for Ivana Rusznak. Having raised three children with her husband in beautiful Orange County, Ivana treasures the safe, family-focused and close-knit communities in Orange County. Ivana began her real estate career in 2004, but her love for the industry began long before. At the young age of 18, Ivana remembers when her parents bought their first home. She recalls happily taking the role of liaison between her parents and listing agents. Ivana proactively previewed homes, provided agents with feedback, and negotiated on her parents' behalf. It foreshadowed the successful career path Ivana paved for herself years later. In her first year as a Realtor®, Ivana received the "Rookie of the Year" award with Century 21 Professionals. She is always mindful of the best interests of her clients, just as she would be for her own family. She believes that "home is where you make memories and live life," and she guides her work with a constant awareness of the financial and emotional aspects of a real estate transaction. Going above and beyond for her clients is Ivana's top priority. Before real estate, Ivana worked as a production accountant in New York with TV production company Bob Banner and Associates. The company produced shows such as "It's Showtime at the Apollo" and "Star Search." There, Ivana learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and she built a strong foundation in finance and contract negotiation. She truly understands the importance of the "bottom line." When she's not helping her real estate clients, Ivana enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite pastime is watching Sunday Night Football with her family while enjoying a nice meal.
