We met Israel when he showed us a co-op in a building that was on the fringes of the area we were considering. We explained to him our interests and had a productive conversation in which he asked good questions and showed his knowledge of our interests and how they fit the area in which we were looking. We immediately agreed that we would contact Israel as our agent even if we became aware of a co-op on our own. That occurred and we contacted Israel. He negotiated very well on our behalf and was always available immediately. The application procedure was new to us and he helped us through all the details. His knowledge of the area, the building and all the steps involved made the always stressful business of buying a new home much easier than it otherwise would have been. We cannot recommend him enough.
