Iskren was a the ultimate professional and a pleasure to work with, I listed my condo off season and in a time of pause in the market due to interest rate volatility and Iskren was quite helpful in assessing the local market, the potential price at which we would have success and was very measured in providing advice for a wide range of offer prices. Iskren was amazing throughout the purchase process. In addition to being incredibly responsive (evenings and weekends), he thought about everything as a new Provincetown homeowner I should know about. If he didn't have the information readily available, he tracked it down quickly. He even took me to and from the local airport. Overall, it was a smooth process right through the closing.

Isi made the sale of our P-town condo as stress-free as possible. We chose him after receiving 3 CMAs from other local agents. We asked for a waiting period to list until a deck project was done. During the lag time, he kept us informed about listings and pricing in our area. He was attentive and knowledgeable, but no pressure. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions.
