We were under a lot of time pressure to rent a suitable apartment for my son within walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to his school in East Village. After a month of viewing various apartments and failing to secure a lease, we were at our wits' end until we contacted EXP Realty NYC. Unlike other brokers who were only interested in showing the one place we found online, the EXP team, specifically Isaiah Dunn and Fillippa Pettersson, took a different approach. They walked my son through multiple options and showed him apartments that fit his criteria. In fact, he didnt even end up seeing the initial listing that led us to them. Fillippa was patient and thorough, spending hours with my son looking at different units. Once we decided on an apartment, Fillippa and Isaiah worked with us throughout the evening and the following day to apply to the management company. Three hours after submitting the application, we received an email from the management company. We were approved! If it werent for Isaiah's team, I highly doubt we could have found and secured the apartment in just two days. I felt confident and assured having this dedicated broker team working alongside us.
