The photographer she used created beautiful photos for the website. She pushed me to list my house at higher than I thought was appropriate but I'm so glad she did. I had an two offers in the first 3 days and ended up selling it for $2k higher than the listing price.

This has been a complicated and at times frustrating deal, but Isabelle has never lost faith and has consistently restored mine. From the start, she had a great eye for helping me determine and find what I wanted. Her insight as to where I stood in the market proved right on target. Additionally, she is very familiar with the down payment assistance programs, including HPAP and EAHP that I needed in order to afford the home. In the last two months, Isabelle has remained in close communication with me and regularly advocated on my behalf to HPAP. She was extremely helpful in negotiating with the sellers, procuring documents from all parties and getting us through all of the HPAP inspection hoops. She has consistently gone above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers.
