These guys are the best in the Buisness! We were on the fence about selling our home, so I scheduled a free analysis. They came over the next day, Walked through my home with me (totally complimenting everything, not like walking through judgingly) then we sat down and they completely broke down the numbers for me! In the midst of this got to know me, my family and what we were needing/wanting out of this. I knew about them because I had seen Erics pictures on Facebook and knew presentation was everything. My house was pretty, but he made it look STUNNING! He spent about 2 hours on a 1700 square foot property and I'm sure hours editing after to make it look just right! This was on Saturday, Monday our listing was up! They posted it everywhere and we didnt have to do anything! We got an offer within 24 hours above asking price (seriously think from the pictures!) Isabel was soooo great to calm my nerves and answer any questions that I had quickly and throughly. They are the way to go! We will be using them for all our real estate transactions in the future + I feel like I made a pretty awesome friend out of it! ??
