I recently closed on a manufactured home for a 22 year olds single mom of two. It was a really challenging transaction due to various lender conditions needing to get met and the added expenses to my buyer. We had six closing extension and my buyer became very discouraged and wanted to give up her dream of home ownership. I provided encouraging words and was there to advocate on her behalf until finally we heard the wonder words "you have been cleared to close". She couldn't believe that it was actually happen until we were at the closing table and the realization come upon her. She started to tear up because she was so happy. I am so honored to be able to guide her through the process and we got to know one another very well. I feel like she is my daughter and I cannot wait to visit her at her new home.

I always was interested in Real Estate as a young woman in my twenties. I worked many service oriented jobs that prepared me to deal with the public.
